2022 CCDG Community Survey

Hello and welcome to the 2022 Capital City Disc Golf Community Survey. As many in our community know we are only as strong as our members and those that volunteer and contribute to our local disc golf community. As a result of our members and local community, we were able to raise over $11,000 in volunteered time, donated resources, and money for our Keizer Rapids Disc Golf Course Basket Project. We completed the project on budget and on time thanks to all of our amazing volunteers and sponsors! As we are now well into 2022 we are interested in asking the community how we can continue to make improvements to disc golf in the Willamette Valley. Please take a few minutes to answer the short survey below.
